About Magaly

A Phoenix attorney with nineteen years of experience, driven by her own family's story.

Attorney Magaly Fontes

Magaly Fontes was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States with her family in the late 1980s. The hardships they faced on the road to naturalization are exactly what led her to the law.

A longtime member of her community since graduating from Cortez High School, Magaly earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Business from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2003. She went on to attend the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston on a meritorious scholarship.

Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2007, Magaly has spent nineteen years representing clients and advocating their cause in court. She is an effective decision maker with sharp analytical skills, always focused on her clients' goals.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is also admitted before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
